Our crypto liquidity provider will be performing an emergency maintenance starting at 3 AM EST on Tuesday March 14th. Maintenance is expected to last for approximately 2 hours. All custodial services endpoints will not be operational during this upgrade. This includes buying, selling, depositing, and withdrawing crypto from the custodial wallet.

Starlight’s services will be temporarily suspended from 8:30 AM EST to 9:00 AM EST on Friday, March 31, 2023 (3/31/2023). During this time, all services will be suspended. You will be able to access the app outside of this window.

Our MPC technology provider will be performing an upgrade as part of the upcoming Shanghai fork readiness. The upgrade will occur on April 2nd, 2023, at 8AM UTC.

During that time, all activities on the Ethereum network will be halted for 5-20 minutes. Withdrawals submitted during this time will be queued, and will be sent on-chain following the completion of this maintenance period.

Our custodial services will be undergoing a maintenance starting at 9:00 UTC on Monday April 3rd. Maintenance is expected to last for approximately 30 minutes. Services will remain operational however during this time you may experience intermittent disruptions such as increased error rates for brief periods that can last a few minutes.
